Our Academic Coordinators are trained to plan and organize event bookings for all AFEA workshops. By affiliating with a 501(c)(3) non-profit, you will receive ease of access to local libraries, colleges, and universities along with discounts on rental fees, where applicable. AFEA also provides liability insurance for venues that require a policy to reserve their facility. We take the leg-work and tedious effort out of event planning. Simply provide your preferred dates and preferred venue(s) and our AC’s will do the rest, leaving you more time to focus on perfecting your workshop execution.
