AFEA is not a mail house or a printer. Therefore, we have pre-approved vendors that we utilize for all of our advertising and printing needs. All members are required to utilize our pre-approved vendors for direct mail, digital ads, and hard copies of workbooks for our live classes. Listed below are some benefits of working directly with our pre-approved vendors:

• Exclusive mail rates - Our venders are happy to offer us discounted mail rates on top of the 12 cent/piece discount that we receive from the post office for mailing as a non-profit
• Program knowledge - Our vendors are well-versed on our processes and procedures, ensuring that your events are executed properly
• Demographics - Over the years AFEA has perfected the formula used to attract the most applicable students for each subject, and our vendors share in that responsibility with each and every campaign
• Proven marketing pieces - As a 501(c)(3), we are very careful with our content and our brand. It's imperative that we share our mail pieces and digital ad templates with only one trusted advertising agency. We could not guarantee that a new piece or a new agency could perform as well as our pre-approved option. This also helps with consistency across our organization.
