Since AFEA is membership-driven and invested in your success, we don't take gaining new members lightly! Some of our members have been with us for nearly a decade now! After submitting your application, you will go through a very thorough qualification, training, and onboarding process all to be sure you are confident in your decision to sign a 1-year contract as an Instructor with AFEA. Although we hope you stick around forever, we don't want you paying for a program that is not working for you. 

We have recently started providing a little more flexibility as far as our membership levels and contracts are concerned. A Chapter Development Specialist can expand on this for you during an Agent Strategy Session.

ADDITIONALLY, our contract includes an exit clause that protects you too. In a nutshell, it states that if you are getting abnormally low registration numbers for your classes, AND you have given it enough shots to be sure it wasn't just a fluke, we aren't going to make you pay us!
