Our Compliance Approval Process

Many program applicants are securities licensed and will need to gain approval from their compliance department before they are actually able to utilize our program. That's okay! We are no stranger to this requirement. We highly suggest that after you submit your application, you reach out to your compliance department and inquire about the possibility of running this program as an OBA (Outside Business Activity). If it does not seem to be that simple, we are here to help! Our Onboarding and Training Specialist has a compliance submittal packet that you can submit to your Compliance Officer. If need be, we also have the ability to add your disclosure to your workbooks, business cards, and presentations, as well as submit each marketing piece for approval before each event. We do require that you receive approval before moving forward with our `1-year membership contract and pay your membership dues. If you are not able to obtain approval, we will be refunding your $250 application fee!
